Now we get into the difficult part of this story. In some ways, the discussion here is very interesting, and in other ways, it's interminably boring. This and the next two chapters are the hard ones; after them, I think it gets a lot better. I wish you luck in reading this. ;)

This is the one I'm the least proud of. It's very rough (mostly unedited), drags on in some parts, and is sometimes very heavy-handed. (Yes, here I am giving reasons not to read this!) However, it's very important to the storyline in this AU, since it sets up all of the rest of the stories. I can see how to fix this thing - what to remove, what to rewrite, what needs to change - but I'm just not sure it's worth the time. I would truly love any criticisms on this, to let me know what's wrong and how I could tighten it up.

I do think the last chapter is rather cool, though.

This story starts at the very last paragraph of The Actor. I'll try to post a chapter a day, but I'm going to be doing some traveling soon so that cadence might get interrupted. After the entire story is posted, I'll post a summary, for those of you who can't quite stomach reading the whole thing. :)

This is an AU story that takes place in chapter 15 of The Actor, diverging from the paragraph where Amy and Rory start to creep out of the console room and David stops them. This and the following story give David a slightly different destiny. I haven't decided if I like this one or not: it pushes the boundary of how mystical/psychic I like Doctor Who to be.

Oh, and originally this one and the following story were written separately and I had to rewrite the end of this one so that they fit together, so it might be a little rough, because I haven't gone back to proof it. :)
