even though I'm not as familiar with former doctors as I should be, I loved this bit Eleven was so.... eleveny. the whole bit about stone skimming ("this stone's rubbish") had me absolutely shaking with laughter. and his repeated indignancy at being ridiculed by his past self is so very him. wonderful.
