Oh, I'm pretty sure that Hardy's not the perp, but wouldn't that be a twist... At this point, I really don't have any idea who it is, other than it's not the taxi driver. He's the obvious red herring.

Well, trombone is my fourth instrument (fifth if you include piano, but I only learned that from my mom - who didn't play herself - for a summer), but it's the only one that I've practiced on my own, not because I had to, but simply because I just love it. Which is why I'm a pretty mediocre musician overall. :)

One of the women at work is also learning trombone. She plays in a small blues band and there's a song that needs trombone and she just wanted to learn the instrument to play it for that song. Now, she's good. I know she's a concert pianist and plays ukulele, as well as plays guitar for the blues band. She just picked the trombone right up and was playing well within a couple of weeks.
